I braised a pork loin this past weekend and not only was it absolutely delicious, my husband said it was the best one I've made in the 28 years we've been married. Go me!! Thanks for teaching this technique so well.

Even at 5:46 p.m. on Friday, I can still taste the freshness of the spring rolls from last night. And I cannot believe we did not use one measuring device - unheard of in my kitchen!

I love the "no measuring" element too! And the spring rolls and peanut sauce are quickly becoming one of my weekly "go to" staple meals. Refreshing, filling, healthy and fast! All of the elements I like in a meal. :-)
